Used sea containers, often used as mobile cold storage, have become increasingly popular in the domestic warehousing market. This guide provides basic operation methods and usage specifications for used sea container reefers.

Precautions Before Use
1.Site Selection
Ensure good ventilation and drainage.
Keep the ground flat.
Prepare 380V industrial electricity.
Verify the container's size and ensure the site can accommodate it and the entry route is smooth.

2.Business Demand Confirmation

Communicate with the supplier to ensure the container meets your business needs.
Operation Instructions
1.Unloading and Entry
The user is responsible for unloading.
Arrange forklifts (8T and above) or cranes in advance.

2.Connect the Power Supply
Ensure the power supply has a good grounding wire.
The maximum comprehensive power of the refrigeration unit is 15KW; use three-phase 380V power.
Connect three phase wires (any order) and one grounding wire.
3.Turn on the Machine
Turn on the power switch.
Tap the red switch to turn on; tap again to turn off.

4.Observe the Display Screen and Set the Temperature

Temperature Setting Instructions:
1.Turn on the power and wait for the temperature data to display (about 20 seconds).
2.Press the "S" key in the lower left corner.
3.Use the up and down arrows to adjust to the desired temperature.
4.Press the "Confirm" key in the lower right corner to set the temperature.
Example: Presetting to -18℃
1.Connect the three-phase power supply.
2.Press the red button to turn on the refrigerator.
3.Wait for the display to show temperatures.
4.Hold the down arrow to adjust the temperature to -18℃.
5.Press "Confirm" to set the temperature.
Automatic Defrost Setting
1.Set automatic defrost when the temperature is below 10℃.
2.Use the water drop snowflake button to manually defrost.
3.Press the "S" button twice to enter the defrost time setting.
4.Adjust settings using the up and down arrows.
5.Confirm the setting by pressing the "Confirm" button.
6.Set defrost frequency based on humidity and frequency of door openings.
Operating Precautions (Important)
1.Ensure the container's four corners touch the ground. Close the doors naturally to keep door seals in a horizontal line.
2.Ensure good ventilation and drainage for indoor placement. Keep the outdoor unit 50cm away from walls and connect drainage pipes properly.
3.Turn off the power switch before opening and closing the door to prevent hot air from entering and causing condenser freeze.
4.After loading, perform manual defrosting every half hour to maintain the evaporator.
5.Leave appropriate space for cold air circulation when loading.
6.Keep ventilation slots clear to avoid blockage.
7.Expected time to reach -18℃: small cabinet (2 hours), large cabinet (3-4 hours). Additional time may be needed if humidity is high or doors are frequently opened.
8.Keep the condenser clean to ensure efficient heat dissipation and prevent high-voltage protection issues.
